Lifestyle and Stress: Warning Signs of Life Burnout

You can choose a lifestyle that contributes greatly to the fatigue. Chronic stress can negatively affect the responsibilities in your home, work and personal life. Nervous system lives on the dimensions to get things done. Deprivation kicks in, and useful only for a short period of time when cope with stressful situations. When denial sticks around for a long period of time and gets the symptoms of fatigue warning is ignored.
