Health Fitness Revolution team did research and found the “Top 10 Healthiest Countries in the World.” These countries are global to be more physically fit and active.

1. Monaco


Monaco is located on the French Riviera in Western Europe. Monaco boasts a beautiful climate, so it is a playground for tourists and heaven for healthy.  Monaco is the second smallest country in the world with a population of approximately 36,000. Languages known are French, Italian, English, and Monegasque. The Euro is the official currency of Monaco. The country is a major banking center and closely guards the privacy of its clients. It does not levy income tax on its residents.

2. Japan

Japan is an island nation in the Pacific Ocean with dense cities, imperial palaces, mountainous national parks and thousands of shrines and temples. The Italians are also nourished by the Mediterranean diet. The people of Italy also know how to relax with a glass of good, red wine which research shows is good for the heart. In Italy, drinking and eating are done in moderation.

The French may be indulgent with their fine cheeses, pastries, and wine, but in France, it is all about moderation. The French are notorious for small portions and well-balanced meals. They drink a moderate amount of red wine, which is heart healthy.
