Maintaining the balance of body elements and procedures for maintaining the balance of the body elements is the main goal of Ayurveda.   •  Always follow a structured daily routine, and keep yourself in tune with the change in seasons, depending on the schedule well-planned diet and exercise.

  • Coconut water is sweet, coolant, easily digestible, relieves thirst, is an aphrodisiac, improves hunger and cleanses the urinary bladder.


  • Periodic use of rejuvenation therapy is considered important in the maintenance of positive health, given, its therapeutic potential to delay the aging process and improve the quality of life.
