Reduce Stress By Telling People What You Need

Do you have things you need to get your job done? Are there things you need for your home or your car? What about the reforms that need to be made?

Most people have a long list of things that you need, for work, for home, school, and many other things. While they have these lists keep them secret from one, and everyone else, as if the list is the secret government. All this does is create more tension for all, as it does not get to work and not meet the requirements.

What is the secret?

Often people assume that other people know or should know what is required to get a job or a particular activity. This is not the case. What needs one person may not be the same as another. The person may not be thinking about what you need to complete your work, their minds have raced off to the next thing that you need to do. Can I have had not the slightest idea of what is required? Perhaps the person who did this work before using their own tools or have different resources.

Are you answering the question?

Then maybe someone asks, "What do you need?" And you do not answer, or give answers do not tell them what you need. What else do you need?

Sometimes what you need is time, less stress, and fewer things to deal with, or find out what is the highest priority. Make sure you ask for those things too.
