Feeling sleepy in Morning ? Avoid it now !

There is a big difference in waking up fresh and nutrition in the morning after a good night's sleep or still feel tired and sleepy until midday. Sabah is the most productive for those that are awake and alert and have time on their hands before they begin phones and meeting time.

There is no need to provide precious time to go to waste just because of sleepiness. There are only a few steps to the fresh morning alarm and think about changing, enjoy and make a success of life.

Use visualization:
When you wake up and before you get up Imagine that you see a glimmer of light coming from the sun sweeping you and activated, make you warm. Energy flowing through you and furans in the mineral water feels. Just think of what you are doing and nothing else.

Extension:
Stretching the muscles of your face, throat, then lift and stretch your arms. Pressing your stomach muscles and the quadriceps. Then stretch your legs and feet as much as you can. Just think about it.

Wash:
When washing or bathing perception of water as a beam of light still wake you up. Just be your mind that you may be surprised at what you see.

Breakfast:
Give yourself time to eat breakfast and imagine yourself to be ready for this day and send a ray of light to the day that will develop in the best possible way for you and all the other parties are facing. This is a way to enjoy life and achieve success.


Preparation pm:
If you're still having trouble waking up in the morning, give yourself a few minutes in the evening. Go in your mind during the day which passes now and look at what you are happy with and it was decided to repeat that in the next day also look at what positive you want from the next day. Just focus on the positive aspects and swallow in light of the things that concerned about. Then let go and relax in sleep.
