Lose weight with the help of ghee

Don’t get panic its a fact.  First, listen what I am saying? Anything excess isn’t good it is applicable also in ghee.  You can daily eat 2 to 3 tablespoon ghee in your diet. When we heard the word ghee then we think about sweet dishes. In India most of the sweet dishes, pure ghee is used. But ghee in sweet dishes means more fats. So guys please don’t get ghee in sweet dishes. You can lose your weight with the help of ghee.

Ghee contains linolenic acid, it does not only help to reduce weight but also protect from cancer. Fatty acid plays an important role in reducing body fats and also helps in weight management. It also contains amino acid which helps in mobilizing fat and reduce the size of the cell.

Ghee contains a large amount of vitamin A, D, E, and K. Vitamin A is beneficial for the eye. It improves skin inside and increases glow on skin. Ghee has mental and physical benefits; it keeps muscle and tendons healthy. The person who has a cholesterol problem then ghee is better than butter. Butter contains fatter than ghee. Because of low fats in ghee, it is easy to digest.

Ghee contains vitamin K2, which plays an important role in face and teeth. Children born to mothers with a high level of vitamin K2 have a healthy teeth & beauty later on. So for pregnant women, ghee is very important. Instead of adding ghee in sweet dishes you can use it in roti, parathas, dal, curry etc. When we mix it then it doesn’t spoil easily. You don’t need to keep it in the refrigerator.

Homemade ghee has any benefits & it has no problem for preservation. Artificial ghee is not more beneficial like homemade ghee.
