What is hair loss? It is the genetic hair loss? Hair loss does not have any permanent treatment? Yes there are ways to prevent hair loss naturally. Then you need to follow methods to protect your hair.

As everyone is aware that hair plays an important role in the development of both genders, but is more important as providing protection, regulate body temperature, facilitate evaporation of perspiration and carry sensory information paper. Now hair loss a day is one of the common problems faced by everyone in day to day. But losing some hair every day it is considered normal (100 hairs a day), but if it is excessive then one has to think seriously. The causes of hair loss (fall):

  • Hair loss in women is due to a hormonal imbalance, such as thyroid and polycystic ovarian disease, where the hair is dry and thin and there is no severe hair loss.
  • Hair loss in men is due to alopecia areata, it is one of the main serious condition hair. In this condition is not the patchy hair loss or hair loss sometimes complete.
  • This is common causal factor of hair loss that can be seen in anyone, hair loss due to scalp infections. The fungal infection is the most common scalp infection that can lead to severe hair fall.
  • Hair loss due to poor nutrition in the diet, in order to have a healthy hair requires protein and vitamin rich diet. When there is deficiency of proteins or vitamins in regular diet, there can be hair loss. So one should follow a healthy diet, which is rich in protein and vitamins for strong hairs.
  • Hair loss due to chemicals and style is now commonly seen better days. People love these days to do the experiment with their hair by applying different chemicals on hairs, the hairs of serious injury, or changing shampoos often that can damage the hair and the hair can lose its luster and leads gradually hair loss.

Massage oil in the hair: The first step to take to reduce hair loss is to gently massage the scalp with hair oil suitable. scalp massage leads to increased blood flow to the hair follicles, nourishes the scalp, and increase the strength of the hair roots. It will also help in relaxation and reduce stress.

Use hair oils that are rich in vitamin E and coconut oil, which is commonly available or almond oil, olive oil, castor oil, etc. One can also add a few drops of essential oil of rosemary oil regularly mentioned for better and faster results. You can use these methods or twice in a week. One should gently massage the scalp with these oils especially at night and can be washed hair another day.

2. fenugreek seeds: Fenugreek, also known as methi in Hindi is extremely effective in treating hair loss. Fenugreek seeds are rich in history hormone that improve hair growth and help in restructuring the hair follicles. Also part of proteins and nicotinic acid are extremely important for hair growth, so that stimulates hair growth.

Method to Use: fenugreek seeds bathes in water overnight. The next day grind to make your pasta correctly. Apply this paste on the hair and can cover with a shower cap for about 40 minutes and then wash the hair. Follow this method every day for a month to achieve desired results

3. Onion Juice: Onion juice is rich in sulfur that helps treat hair loss, improving blood circulation in the follicles of the scalp and hair follicles redevelop and decrease inflammation present. Onion juice has antibacterial properties that helps eliminate germs and production of parasitic fungi infection, which treats infections of the scalp, which are the main factor for hair loss.

According to 2002 study, published in the Dermatology Journal, shows 74 percent of the members of the study who used onion juice on the scalp regularly result achieved very significant hair regrowth.

Method of Use: Grate the onion extract their juice, then strain it. One can apply this juice directly onto the scalp and can hold it for about 30 minutes, and then wash with shampoo. You can also add aloe vera gel with onion juice. Use this method two to three times a week.

4. Aloe Vera Gel: Aloe Vera is rich in enzyme that promotes hair growth and its anti-inflammatory property that helps reduce inflammation in the scalp. It can be used directly on the scalp for 30 minutes. You can also drink fresh aloe vera juice on an empty stomach early in the morning, which also helps to good hair growth.

Prevention of hair loss: 

  • Avoid excessive use of chemicals by the hair, as hair colors, dyes or chemical rich shampoos. Should be used herbal products as much as possible.
  • Proper brushing hairs helps reduce hair loss, avoid brushing the hair when wet, some oil is applied to the hair before combing them.
