Glowing Skin in Summer Season

Summer season is especially for marriage, holidays, and fun time with friends, family, relatives, and colleagues. In this season you have a big challenge that you have to maintain a skin in hot temperature as well as spend your lot of time outdoor. Due to fluctuation in the seasoned skin get dull, tan, and rough. So if you have to avoid all the things & enjoy this summer season then you have to follow something because of that your skin keeps healthy and glowing.

How to get glowing skin in the summer season at home:

Water therapy:

Water is one of the most important things in the body. So drink as much as possible. You can drink more fruit juices, coconut water, and green tea, buttermilk to fulfill the heat level and keep the body cool. Green tea helps to remove dead skin cells and helps for many skin disorders. 

Food Intake:        

Don’t take oily, salty and snacks product. Salt have to dehydrate effect on the body. So you can eat more fruits like watermelon, orange, cucumber, and fresh vegetables. It helps to remove stress on the body& get more freshened. Meat raised your body temperature & hard to digest, get pimples on the face. Your skin depends upon what the food you are intake. Avoid stale food.

Cleansing:

You can make natural and effective cleaner at your home through cucumber and aloe Vera. Cleanse your skin twice in a day. A mixture of yogurt and honey has a great effect on the skin like it cleanses your skin as well as miniaturization. Apply 10 minutes daily and wash with plain water.

Exercise:

Do simple exercise or do yoga daily in morning for keeping glow on skin. IF you feel lazy to do work out then walk as much as possible, so you can lose your weight and feel fresher and for healthy skin. Exercise also promotes blood circulation so your skin gets natural glow, healthy skin and promotes to the blood supply.
