Keep Your Fat Away With 5 Delicious Drinks

There are many reasons why we won weight. It is an insecurity for many of us, and sometimes even when we cut calories still can not manage to drop those last few pounds. Now that summer is unfortunately coming to an end, it is often more difficult to stay on top of a healthy diet and stay in a workout routine. There are a lot of shakes and drinks out there that claim to help you lose pounds. It is hard to decipher what it really work or not. So to reduce your research time, I've done all trial and error for you. Below I have listed some drinks that can help speed up your metabolism and can teach you how to lose weight easily. Weight loss should be fun and drinks should be too.

1. Green Tea

  • Bring 8 lit of boiling water
  • Soak 2 bags of green tea for 3-5 minutes
  • take mint, lemon and honey to add flavor

This is a drink that can be drunk hot or cold. If you drink cold, I recommend putting mint in ice cubes. I like to drink this first thing in the morning because it increases your metabolism and is a healthy way to start the day.

2. Dark Chocolate Smoothie

  • 1 mango, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, soaked for 5 minutes
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 8 ounces of milk homemade almond
  • 1 teaspoon honey, agave or maple syrup (optional, to add more sweet if desired)
  • Start by adding the liquid to the blender
  • Add the soft fruit
  • Finally, add vegetables to your past blender.
  • Mix on high for 30 seconds or until the batter is smooth.

I recommend this shake as a meal replacement breakfast.

3. Super Energy Smoothie

  • 2 pints pineapple
  • 2 pints watermelon
  • 2 quarts of coconut water
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1-2 cups blueberries
  • 2 green apples

Mix all ingredients in a blender. You can store or freeze extra-shakes to drink later.

4. Black Coffee

Drinking black coffee can speed up your metabolism by almost 10 percent. It is caffeine that gives a boost to the metabolism accelerating bodily functions. I recommend the black coffee first thing in the morning, or just before a workout. To add some flavor without calories can add a pinch or two of cinnamon.

5. Mango Green Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • vanilla extract splashes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
